Fire hose inspection rules

1. The water hose of the same type, inner diameter and length of 1000m shall be taken as a batch for inspection. Take 100 meters randomly from them for appearance inspection. Three samples shall be taken economically, and the length of the sample shall meet the requirements of 3.1.1.

2. The inner diameter of each sample shall comply with the provisions of this standard; the arithmetic mean value of weight per unit length and water seepage of three samples shall comply with the provisions of this standard; one sample shall be subject to only one state of blasting test and shall comply with the provisions of this standard.

3. If a certain item does not meet the requirements of this standard, it is allowed to be retested once. During the retest, the samples should be taken more economically. The re inspection results of the samples shall meet the requirements of this standard, otherwise they are unqualified products.

4. When there is a dispute between the supplier and the demander over the quality of the product, all the expenses of the arbitration inspection shall be borne by the responsible party.
